What is the status of my order?

Can I change my order?

We can only change orders that have not been processed for shipping yet.

 

Once your order is under the status “preparing for shipping”, “shipping” or “delivered”, then we cannot accept any edits to your order.

What if I'm not home?

If you’re not home, a new delivery will be performed the next day or the delivery partner will reach out to schedule a new delivery date depending on the addres  and delivery method you choose.

 

You may also have to go to your local courier to collect your package

Do you accept returns?

We do accept returns in respect to the following conditions:

 

– The item must have been sold on our online store

– The item shouldn’t have been used in any way

– The return or exchange request is made within 14 days of delivery

 

How long does it take to receive the product after placing the order?

Shipping timelines vary from location to location. In most cases you should receive the package within 1 week of placing the order ricived . Non-metro and remote locations sometime takes longer by 2-3 days.

How is the drape and fabric of silk cotton Maheshwari? Is it too Stiff?

Maheshwari has different drape than silk or cotton saris. It does not require starching like cotton, but are airy, lightweight, slightly crisp not stiff at all. Neither it fluffs up like organdy or organza. It’s a very easy breezy and graceful drape for wearer of all ages. It has a subtle sheen from kora silk used in warp which makes it occasional wear when combined with zari (metallic thread)

What are the material contents of the product?

Maheshwari sarees are most commonly silk cotton sarees, with kora silk warp and cotton weft. However, we may also have other varieties on the site such as pure silks, tissue, organza or pure cotton muls. Read product descriptions to know the contents of a particular product
